Not worth the money I bought a pixel that was supposed to be unlocked from best buy but it was locked to T-Mobile and I wanted to use it on Verizon and geek squad comes with this membership 24/7 but customer service refused to transfer me to them and said I had to go into a store

Now there's a fee to replace broken or defective items I pay a fee already this is trash going to bring my business elsewhere.

It worked well the handful of times that we used the speaker. However, it has stopped working and Bose says it will cost $55 to repair it. It a little over a year old.

Geek squad said I should call manufacturer for warranty work. After 1 year of issues and repairs I was told if Geek squad came out 3 times it would be a lemon and returned. But since I used Samsung repair it didn’t count towards their lemon policy.

This thing automatically renews. Cannot get out of automatic renew - you will have to cancel

Do not sign up for this. It is a scam to charge your account for other things. I was told there was a 1 time fee annually, and my credit card was charged each month for $10.79. No one in best buy customer service could tell me the reason

Too many stipulations (fine print). Call center is overseas so communication is terrible and service is terrible.

I had hoped that Best Buy would stand behind their products and customers. But, inested they stand behind their "fine print". Very disappointed. I was told one thing by Totaltech on the website and another thing when I got to the store.

Yotal protect is not a good warranty. They say the protection covers many things including accidental cracks and when u file a claim you come to find out it doesnt cover any of that not worth your money nor time

This is good protection for my Sony 4k TV it is great

Don’t buy. BestBuy hasn’t been helpful as well. I’ve been unable to do anything for personal reasons and when finally got around to using this, BREAD caused the toaster to smell like electrical fire. Smoke came out and triggered our fire alarm. UNSAFE. And Best Buy does not want to help.

Does what it needs to. Pretty reliable. Would recommend.

I thought I was paying for a great warranty. Turns out it costs me $79 just to have it looked at !!! Never heard of this type of fee. DO NOT recommend.

Usually pretty good but I get for$199 the same thing I used to get for $99.

Easily connects to Bluetooth on samsung phone. Sound quality was ok for the price; however, they started to have static in them. I ran update but still had issues and returned them for another brand.

For repairs I do not recommend it but to make an exchange

It stopped working less than a year. It's so expensive for it to break so easily
