BestBuy ssid this would work with my system and it eill not work with a bsttery doorbell. Im out $50 and its too smsll gor a doir stop.

I really enjoyed this membership but when i hit hard times and couldn't afford the membership. It canceled all my warranties. Which was highly disappointing.

This is the worst product ever I got it through the Total Membership and Bestbuy will change the agreement at will without recourse.

I purchased by accident it had no value to me and I wasn’t able to get a refund

HUGE RIPOFF IT REALLY SUCKS WAISTE OF MONEY THEY TRIED TO KEEP 90% OF IT WHEN I RETURNED IT

The first time it worked okay. Then I didn’t start using it again until a couple weeks ago. No matter what setting this is on it will burn. 7 minutes into a 20 minute pizza it was charcoal. Burns everything.

UPS order created. Item never sent. Already over a month from the order and receive date. Best Buy does not follow up their own online order that has not been fulfilled

Can’t recommend this at all. After a few attempts and hours of my time my very young grandson fixed the issue in about 10 min. It’s all outsourced to India and sometimes cannot understand what they are saying

Definitely not worth the time or money totally disappointed and disgusted

This product is horrible battery does not hold a charge longer then 2hours

Incredible an expensive fan camera that doesn't work, it doesn't accept connecting to the application to watch your videos, I change the date since it came with a date of 2021 and the next day it has the same date again.

They don’t hold charge. The earphones die within minutes even when it’s charged to full.

Could be better for the amount of money it costs !!

Best buy never installed. No call no show 3 times.

I wont be renewing my total tech until you add some acutal value

The reservoir is too small and not removable so filling it it is a pain, the only good part about this machine does not take up much space.

I never signed up for nor have I EVER purchased protection. Best Buy ripped me off somehow by clicking some box or automatically adding this charge.

Do not buy this. Even for the good price. In the last year I have had two machines and both pod features failed. I have filtered water and cleaned with vinegar. No luck.

The Totaltech customer service is a complete waste of time. They are clueless and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend purchasing the extended warranty instead of the Totaltech plan.
