Great warranty to have, covering a multitude of products

The protection is a must, because items break any minute and its the only way to get your items fixed.

I purchased a laptop, and upgraded my membership to get extended coverage and benefits. Since then I purchased a TV. It already paid itself off. In addidtion, I didn't have to jump through the hops to use it, it was automatic. If you're in the market for updates on your current electronics or appliances you should consider.

Used to pay for this protection individually for each electronic item that I've bought at Best Buy. Now, I am a My Best Buy Total Member and it's included on everything that I buy at Best Buy! Had to use it on so many items that it's paid for itself at least 10 times over... whether when I paid on each item individually, or with the My Best Buy Total Membership. I don't know if I'm just unlucky with electronics, but this Protection is so worth it!!!

Amazing service, The complimentary purchase protection gives hassle free buying. There is so many features here that you are guaranteed to find a way to save money. It may seem like a large upfront investment at $199 Annually, but I've had old computers fixed up with no additional charge. The other thing I did was purchase a bunch of pc parts, as a member of the Best Buy team got out a laptop. He proceeded to take the time to pick out every part with me, actively listening to what i needed. 5 Star, without a doubt would recommed to anyone with tech worth more that $1000. Keep in mind your phone probably surpasses that alone, then add a fridge...microwave etc.
