IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THEY WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING!!!

The only star is for the fact that the beverage is HOTTER than other Keurigs I’ve owned. BUT, I bought this for the frother to have for guests at Thanksgiving; the description said “froths ANY milk, including almond milk…” Well I use coconut milk ~ but I guess that doesn’t fall under the “any” label. Very disappointed. Also the small water tank is more annoying than I thought it would be; and with it being in the back of the unit, I have to pull everything out each time to fill up which if you’re having company is every 2 1/2 to 3rd cup!! AND ~ no auto-off feature :-(

I was very surprised that the Geek Squad was not able to assist me when I could not navigate within my iPhone to monitor my new AirTag. They had not worked with the AirTag before ( including the supervisor). Thankfully, my 20 year old daughter was able to diagnose my problem when I explained it to her. AirTag does not show up in the FindMy settings tabs, only in the FindMy App. Problem solved !

I had this protection for a year or so and failed to renew it because I did not use it. Then I needed it and did not have it. I renewed very urgently and have had to use it several times in the past 6 months. Every time I used it the results were very good. I intend to renew without a doubt because it is needed.

They left trash on my bedroom floor and left wires hanging in front of the tv. Make sure you are there if you have an instilation done

Bought in April and began leaking from the base during every use by December in the same year of purchase

Still in review I’ve know it before in the past with my son old pc and they took care of him well then so I have faith with him still they were good to my mother too

Protection plan is exactly what it means. 24 months of protection.

Have not had to use it. Many products will take a while to have something go wrong. Bought entire kitchen so this is a great backup just in case.

The protection is useful and can really save you when you need it.
