I purchased the total tech package for my iMac and thought it might help with support questions. However, I have been blown away at the Many benefits that have come from this membership. I have used it for several tech questions but I just purchased a new oven and it came with free delivery, installation, 24 months protection, in addition to the great deal and 18 months financing. I would recommend to anyone that has electronics and may purchase Best Buy products in the future. It is the best kept secret that will make your shopping and ownership a breeze!

I have all of my devices covered under the total tech coverage and it has saved me so many times from accidental damage or a product that developed an issues. Any time I have come in with an issue it was as easy as explain the problem and hand over the device. With a lot faster of a response time than over warranty services I have received a repaired item kr had my device replaced.

I've had this since 2022 and i can say that it is a great mouse. It hasn't broken and hasn't had a malfunction. Been using it for non-competitive and competitive gaming and it is great. The side buttons help greatly, atleast in my opinion. I will be ordering another! The DPI is crazy high but personally i use 1100-1500. I recommend 10/10

A great price for 24/7 security and warranty of all your BB products

Used to pay for this protection individually for each electronic item that I've bought at Best Buy. Now, I am a My Best Buy Total Member and it's included on everything that I buy at Best Buy! Had to use it on so many items that it's paid for itself at least 10 times over... whether when I paid on each item individually, or with the My Best Buy Total Membership. I don't know if I'm just unlucky with electronics, but this Protection is so worth it!!!
