Best Buy protection is worth it. Even when the product warranty is over the discounted repairs are very reasonably priced.

Protection plan fell through without a hitch. They kept their end of the bargain when informing me that it would be under warranty and if anything should happen to it you will have an immediate replacement if available in store and if not, you would be able to do so online. Either way you would be protected and get your product if anything should be damaged. I was fortunate enough to find it in the store and replace my damaged item almost immediately. Absolutely the best few bucks I've ever spent!!

Had my ice maker break down, and Samsung refused the issue that was out of warranty in which it was NOT! AND GEEK SQUAD came fixed the issue in one phone call.

Have had good experiences with BestBuy Total Rewards, service, and extended warranty in all cases except one outside of their control. The experience with a Samsung manufacturer warranty was not good.

This is one of the most important and helpful services to purchase to ensure your product functions well over a longer period of time because things break, it is so nice to have a piece of mind and not worry.

I have the total tech and it is totally worth it cuz i already get 24 month protection included. all the benifits pay for themselves in no time. even if u just buy one or two things a year.
