I have had excellent service every time I've gone to Best Buy. Information is always thorough and gets all my questions answered. I'm fond of the total Tech Insurance that I purchased. It makes me feel like I'm protected with any item I buy. And every time I have brought an item in because of a defect or any other reason it has been taken care of. Once again I highly recommend total Tech.

Let me explain. The idea is wonderful; however the charger itself isn't engineered well. I generally keep items for months or years before reviewing so it's more true to the long term functionality. What I found: Leaving your Theragun in this charger will DRAIN THE BATTERY CONSIDERABLY unless you use it daily. This clearly wasn't designed to be a long-term docking station. If I fully charge my Theragun, and leave it in the charger, after a couple weeks the battery will be at 0%. I enjoy product testing and decided to check a theory so I unplugged the charger. That was 2 months ago. It's been sitting in a powerless dock. Guess what the battery life is? 78%! That means leaving your Theragun in the docking station while it's plugged in is not only draining the battery at a considerable rate, but it's shortening your battery life because you would need to charge it more frequently. To me that is a VERY poor design with irrefutable evidence that this is NOT A GOOD PRODUCT. Unfortunately the only way to test your new Theragun charger is not use it in a POWERED dock but at least you'll know if it's another poorly designed model. In this day and age a 1 penny sensor would have solved that issue. Now I need to either unplug the charger so it doesn't drain for when I need it, or leave the Theragun OFF the charging dock which defeats the purpose of purchasing it in the first place.

So I have to say that my wife paid for the Total Tech and was not aware. I would not have spent the money. I WAS WRONG (first time). This has been a great deal, two months after purchasing the plan, we bought a Microwave, They delivered it and installed it at no additional charge. Next I had an external hard drive that i was no longer able to read, Geek Squad took it in and fixed the issue, No Charge!! SO far in 7 months I have save $360 in repairs and installs!. Bonus we get extended warranty on almost anything we buy at BB

The protection plan from Best Buy that I have covers new equipment and items that already have limited warranties. The Squad adds a protective layer of protection for the next 24 months. The best part of this plan is that its not just a phone call or a chat on the screen. For Gen Xers like myself, its people in a brick and mortar building that I can bring my device in and get help or repair if needed. I am part of a generation that still wants to have in person face to face interaction. Thank you Best Buy for continuing that aspect of Humanity.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

This has been helpful to have for every product as part of total tech. My kid is clumsy with their gaming controllers so it’s nice to know if they break it that I can have this covered
