I have spent so much at BestBuy over the years for ALL my tech needs. From computers, mobile, smart phones, and tablets to my home televisions, audio theatre systems and my washer and dryers they always have had everything I was looking for. Almost always have they had the best prices or deals, and when they didnt, they price match! As a BestBuy Total Tech member I am assured that everything I buy is protected. I am a BestBuy Fan through and through and hope they never close their stores.

I purchased a laptop, and upgraded my membership to get extended coverage and benefits. Since then I purchased a TV. It already paid itself off. In addidtion, I didn't have to jump through the hops to use it, it was automatic. If you're in the market for updates on your current electronics or appliances you should consider.

Although I rarely use them, when I need them they are always there to help either online or in store.

TotalTech Support is so worth the money. I have had zero issues with product issues, the warranty handles it all. Most of my items have either been replaced, refunded or upgraded. I have used TotalTech for installs of stereo equipment in all of vehicles at little to no cost, to have all of my Laptops / Desktop PCs in my home tuned up, patched, upgraded and running smooth as silk. I have used TotalTech for Apple product warranty issues with no snags. The savings of TotalTech Support outweighs the hassle of dealing with the hassle of dealing with repairman the lack of a functioning product for a period of time.

Helps me sleep at night. I have too many electrics for anything to go wrong.

We love the 24 month protection plan. It covers the issues when you have a ps control get stuck or maybe you crack your laptop screen and need it replaced for a small deductible.

So I have to say that my wife paid for the Total Tech and was not aware. I would not have spent the money. I WAS WRONG (first time). This has been a great deal, two months after purchasing the plan, we bought a Microwave, They delivered it and installed it at no additional charge. Next I had an external hard drive that i was no longer able to read, Geek Squad took it in and fixed the issue, No Charge!! SO far in 7 months I have save $360 in repairs and installs!. Bonus we get extended warranty on almost anything we buy at BB

I’ve only had a few problems with my equipment over the past several years. People were nice, they answered my questions, would stay with me during the whole process.

The protection plan from Best Buy that I have covers new equipment and items that already have limited warranties. The Squad adds a protective layer of protection for the next 24 months. The best part of this plan is that its not just a phone call or a chat on the screen. For Gen Xers like myself, its people in a brick and mortar building that I can bring my device in and get help or repair if needed. I am part of a generation that still wants to have in person face to face interaction. Thank you Best Buy for continuing that aspect of Humanity.

Use this before I got the membership and it work perfectly at the time.

One of the BEST things to have that you didn't even realize you need. Learning about what They offer, and use of my Membership makes it worth the yearly plan.
