Bought it for my wife and she likes it but needs some instruction on it's use.

I'm Brazilian and I always buy at Best Buy, I've never seen such high quality service , very different and good service, always very fast in orders, it will always be my preference.

Peace of mind with minimal cost. Huge fan of TotalTech and Best Buy. Recently purchased camera, lens, accessories, and drone. Had to return several open box and refurbished that Bestbuy replaced and made it worth while.

2nd purchase. 1st one broke when someone stepped on it and my son has been using it duct tapped for over a year. Finally asked for a replacement. Prefers this to his wireless for gaming.

For my ears these are a prefect for with little ear fatigue after wearing them for a long period. The sound is well balanced, touch control is much improved over other models. Other options in the ear buds are good also.

its a protection plan.. whats there to say about it...i honestly feel like they are kind of a rip off as ive never had to use them...i buy them cause if i didnt then i would need it...

The auto stop feature works when it’s full of ice. Stays cool for a while. Easy to clean. Every Season; Ice is needed for those much needed drinks. And is a helpful necessity

Been an easy job anytime weve had to make a claim on the protection plan. We have the total tech yearly membership and have had to use it a couple times. Super easy process.

Battery life and feel seems the same as the controller included w/ PS5. GOW designed is minimalistic but effective and striking. Stick drift appears to be not as bad as default controller after several months of use.

Total tech makes this a no brainer! Every interaction I’ve had with geek squad technicians has been positive. They are very knowledgeable and eager to find solutions to all of my tech issues.

Always great to have peace of mind that spend your hard earned money. Never know what could happen especially with kids and pets.
