Best Buy Protection is the best protection plan available. They take the worry out adding electronics to our lives. Easy to navigate and even comes with a dedicated phone number for less wait times when I have issues with my covered purchases. I especially like that one amount covers everything I purchase.

Great peace of mind…, until it becomes Apple related, then you have to go to an apple store with said product and pay their fees.

When getting expensive items you wamt them to be protected so a win win

Best Buys total membership has helped in sooo many ways!! With knowledge of which products to pick, speedy delivery and set up of new appliances and most importantly the interaction with their staff!!! Oh, the SAVINGS!! You get soo many savings and perks you absolutely will love their membership!!

Its well worth the cost of total tech membership IF you spend enough at the store. Just wish it still included the Free Installation of items as well.

While making a tv purchase I saw a promotion that if i upgraded membership I'd get extra discount. Considering the membership was cheaper than the discount and it gave me this 2 yr coverage that I was also about to buy, I opted in. I'll update my review later if needed and the coverage has to be used.

Protection plan fell through without a hitch. They kept their end of the bargain when informing me that it would be under warranty and if anything should happen to it you will have an immediate replacement if available in store and if not, you would be able to do so online. Either way you would be protected and get your product if anything should be damaged. I was fortunate enough to find it in the store and replace my damaged item almost immediately. Absolutely the best few bucks I've ever spent!!

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!
