I love the protection plan id be lost without it, especially with my sons it came in handy everytime something broke protection plan was able to fix my problem everytime!

Always like to have some kind of backup warranty or guaranteed for all electronic

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

I've had some reoccurring issues with the screen going fuzzy multicolored been able to remove the audio cable plug it back in and the problem clears up has happened about 5 or 6 times now have had the Geek Squad how to look at it but of course it doesn't repeat while he's here we agreed that it's the problem continued he would change a motherboard inside the TV at a later date other than that satisfied with the picture and the product.

I purchased a Frigidaire 30 inch Induction Range that is still covered by an active My Best Buy Protection Plan. The range has this teeny, tiny problem where if you touch it anywhere there is metal, you get zapped by electricity. Sarcasm aside, I have 3 small children, two big dogs, and a husband who likes to do things 3 or 4 times to see if it keeps happening. Even though this is literally a dangerous situation, Best Buy cannot have anyone to my house for 8 days to fix it. I would love to leave a review for the range, but even though I have the option to leave a review for every toner cartridge and subscription I have every purchased from Best Buy, I there is no option to review the range. If I did leave a review previously, I have no way to find it and edit it. I have used their service for other appliances, and I will say every contractor who has every come to my house has been knowledgable, helpful, prompt, basically everything I could home an appliance repair technician should be. The administrative side of the program, on the other hand, not so much. The call center people I spoke ton on this matter were difficult to understand and also had a poor connection which made it worse. You also have to pay for the service upfront or they will not even schedule you.

really great plan for anybody who has a Best Buy total membership and also a really simple plan to use to make sure the products you buy will last for at least 24 months. It adds a lot of security and overall less worry, knowing that if something were to happen, everything would be fine.

Peace of mind. 3 words go a long way. Good investment for 24 months protection.

It’s ok. We have used it once. They did replace a tv, when it had stopped working in the magic window. But it must be in between when the 12 month warranty stops and their 24 month coverage extends. So basically, month 13-24 is when they kick in.

Love my keyboard. The dynamics of the keys is perfect. Enjoy the Bluetooth feature of being able to use 3 devices with it and the mouse. Highly recommend

Provides repairs for computers and most smartphones, adds warranties to products for no additional charge, and assistance is fairly fast and responsive. I would prefer going in person though for hardware issues. Now, it is a bit pricey. But if you are someone who needs repairs on multiple devices or pays for warranties on hardware, it is worth looking into. The warranties are free, unless voided. If a commuter needs repaired, they look at it for no additional charge but if you need to upgrade, you will still have to pay for that. But they can build it for you for the subscription price included.

I highly recommend purchasing a warranty for anything that you buy at the store. Electronics break and are not necessarily the highest quality anymore so having this can set your mind at ease if something happens.

The images don't do this controller justice. The pearl is absolutely stunning when held in person, it just reflects all sort of different shades of colors when in the light.

Best idea and I highly recommend getting the protection plan! You never know when you may need it and is well worth the cost if you do!
