I haven’t needed to use the protection plan yet, but it’s reassuring to know it’s there just in case. It adds a lot of peace of mind, especially for something I use every day.

So I have to say that my wife paid for the Total Tech and was not aware. I would not have spent the money. I WAS WRONG (first time). This has been a great deal, two months after purchasing the plan, we bought a Microwave, They delivered it and installed it at no additional charge. Next I had an external hard drive that i was no longer able to read, Geek Squad took it in and fixed the issue, No Charge!! SO far in 7 months I have save $360 in repairs and installs!. Bonus we get extended warranty on almost anything we buy at BB

I purchased my best buy membership when my old laptop broke. I've had it for about a year and a half. A bissell steam mop I had bought stopped working. I brought it into bestbuy they replace it for me. That was the first time I had to use my membership in that capacity, and it was really easy.

TotalTech Support is so worth the money. I have had zero issues with product issues, the warranty handles it all. Most of my items have either been replaced, refunded or upgraded. I have used TotalTech for installs of stereo equipment in all of vehicles at little to no cost, to have all of my Laptops / Desktop PCs in my home tuned up, patched, upgraded and running smooth as silk. I have used TotalTech for Apple product warranty issues with no snags. The savings of TotalTech Support outweighs the hassle of dealing with the hassle of dealing with repairman the lack of a functioning product for a period of time.
