It is difficult having little ones using the headphones, and of course they have already accidentally damaged them. Thanks to our protection plan though I was able to quickly go and return them at the store hassle free and get a new pair with incredible ease! We only use Best Buy for our electronics strictly for the protection plans included in our membership!

My membership paid for itself almost immediately. Like most folks, I wondered what the catch was, and was it really worth it. It was, and is, and when the time comes, I will renew. The benefits are well worth the cost, be it the free home delivery and set up, or the in home problem solving by the Geek Squad. As an example, I had hookef up computer to my television and for a time worked just as I hoped. But, my computer became unplugged and in redoing my settings, connecting computer to television, I screwed up and needed big help Geek Squad to the rescue, at a time most convenient to me. The fellow who came out waz so patient and had the skills to rectify my mistake. It was a rewarding experience and again showed the value in being a member.
