initially I thought the program was more expensive than it was worth but the value has paid for itself over and over again (via electronics repair/ replacement and peace-of-mind). highly recommend.

I get the protection plan every chance i get. Had a pair of earbuds that wouldnt work or charge anymore after a year. Took ot back to bestbuy and walked out with a new pair. No fight no hassles.

I have had Geek Squad for over 10 years and recommend it, most purchases have a 2 year warranty and you can go to a Best Buy store and and return the items if they break.

It is a must if you are purchasing a lot of items from Best Buy. The coverage is good, and it eliminates several hassles.

This protection services is so worth it! I dont have to worry if an item stops working. Items can be returned for repair or exchanged or returned for credit. You do get some extra time beyond the usual 30 days to return for credit.

If you actually use the Geek Squad at least a couple times a year, it pays to have the Product Protection. I have had to bring my laptop in for a couple of different issues and I was happy I had purchased the Product Protection. The last visit to the Geek Squad would have cost me over $350 if I didn't have the protection plan! Whew! And I had already brought it in a prior time which was also covered. If you have several devices (up to six, I think) they are all included in one plan!

So glad that my BestBuy membership takes care of my warranties.
