Saves me a lot of anxiety, I tend to be clumsy so having this protection plan saves me and I feel at piece with being clumsy because you never know what could happen and it’s better to be safe than sorry.

I left my phone on the top of my car and drove off. I found it down the street and the display was all smashed and not functioning. I took it in to my local Best Buy to have it looked it. They decided on just doing a replacement phone. I had the phone delivered to my door 2 days later. It was a brand new phone and not refurb. It would be nice to just get a replacement someday from the store if they had one in stock. But I understand why that is not an option. Still an amazing value

They offer 2 years on items, when you call no one knows anything. I was to get free shipping, was told no longer offered. I explained I received free shipping and install in July. reps hang up. Best buy needs to hire knowable people

For what you get especially if your buying appliances the program is worth the money. In short order our Washer then Dishwasher crapped out and this membership saved us a bundle and gives us 2 yrs coverage. Since I buy gifts etc at BB regularly it’s worth it. I wish we’d had it when I got my daughter her AirPod Pros last year because 14 months on they are malfunctioning and now basically scrap. Of course it’s only good value if you make use of it. Given how short so many tech item warranties are and how unrepparable they are it’s worth considering.

The speaker I purchased has works pretty well. Would like to buy more.
