Love this insurance rarely do you get a warranty with no red tape attached to it. This is exactly what it says it is you break they buy (replace) it no questions asked. Be a total rewards member it’s on everything you buy for free.

I love having the extra Best Buy protection, up to 24 months. Life happens with kids and busy life style, its great to know Best Buy has your back! The return policy was doubled from 30 to 60 days to give you enough time to really decide if the purchase is what you expected.

really great plan for anybody who has a Best Buy total membership and also a really simple plan to use to make sure the products you buy will last for at least 24 months. It adds a lot of security and overall less worry, knowing that if something were to happen, everything would be fine.

Geek squad gives very good service they explain everthing they are going to do.

If you actually use the Geek Squad at least a couple times a year, it pays to have the Product Protection. I have had to bring my laptop in for a couple of different issues and I was happy I had purchased the Product Protection. The last visit to the Geek Squad would have cost me over $350 if I didn't have the protection plan! Whew! And I had already brought it in a prior time which was also covered. If you have several devices (up to six, I think) they are all included in one plan!

I’m so glad I have this as protection when I need it. For instance it came in handy about a month ago when I needed diagnostics performed on my computer.

Ordering on the Best Buy Website is easy and fast. It was fun to easily pick out my items, look at photos and videos available about what was purchasing . I also appreciated the offered purchase warranty and the multiple ways to pay and ship what I purchased . I didn’t have To leave the comfort of my home to get what I wanted. Free shipping options too. Plus the price was the best out there! I am very happy with today’s purchases.

The protection plan has come in handy on occasion. When I had an issue with Bose headphones. My item was replaced with a hassle free process.

It is difficult having little ones using the headphones, and of course they have already accidentally damaged them. Thanks to our protection plan though I was able to quickly go and return them at the store hassle free and get a new pair with incredible ease! We only use Best Buy for our electronics strictly for the protection plans included in our membership!
