Been using the warrenty through bestbuy for a few years now. It’s easy to sign up and fairly decent priced. Saves time and money if you have kids it’s well worth the investment.

I recently bought a Corsair gaming mouse, but I faced a problem with the plug-in USB charger that came along with it. As a result, I was unable to use the wireless mouse. However, I made an appointment with the service center and walked in. The service team promptly exchanged it for another one, and the process was seamless. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I am thrilled with the support I received.

It put me at ease knowing that this will protect me desktop that I bought and had assembled in store.

The best plan and only will purchase from Best Buy. Best customer service!

Great remake, brought back a lot of memories and wait for when they release the 1&2 remake next year. For those that gave the game a poor review because of the preorder issue, do the right thing and fix your review, review the game; not Best Buy

Sharp bunch. These guys and gals are problem solvers and if they dont figure it out they will find someone who definitely can. The service the offer is top tier. Last year I bought my teen a laptop and 2 years of service. I still have a year of protection and peace of mind. Today I bought him the Meta 3 VR headset and it is covered by the protection i bought from the purchase I made last year. Win, win. Situation indeed.
