I left my phone on the top of my car and drove off. I found it down the street and the display was all smashed and not functioning. I took it in to my local Best Buy to have it looked it. They decided on just doing a replacement phone. I had the phone delivered to my door 2 days later. It was a brand new phone and not refurb. It would be nice to just get a replacement someday from the store if they had one in stock. But I understand why that is not an option. Still an amazing value

I would prefer going in person though for hardware issues. Now, it is a bit pricey. But if you are someone who needs repairs on multiple devices or pays for warranties on hardware, it is worth looking into. The warranties are free, unless voided. If a commuter needs repaired, they look at it for no additional charge but if you need to upgrade, you will still have to pay for that. But they can build it for you for the subscription price included.
