First time needing to use the Best Buy Protection plan - and extremely impressed! No difficulties, fast resolution to my issue, and a fast replacement, covered also by start of a new plan! The small appliance that quit working was only a few months old, technically covered by manufacturer warranty, but the Best Buy Protection plan saved me the headache of trying to figure out how to open a warranty claim with the manufacture, where to send the appliance, etc. Always wondered if I would get value from the plan, and it just delivered!

I got this as part of my best buy total membership, and I have yet to have to use this product, but knowing that if something goes wrong with one of my products, best buy will cover it, makes me feel like this was an amazing purchase.

This protection is worth every dollar. It comes with no only protection from the hardware site, but for tech driven devices, you get Best Buy expertise from their Geek Squad. This paid protection offers piece of mind when things go awry. Face it, if it's man made it's not prefect and things get break. It's great knowing you have the assistance and attention you'll need during those mishaps. And don't they just happen to come at an inopportune time???

KitchenAid Model KDTE204KPS2, steel front, 3 racks. Bought on sale at Best Buy. Installed about 1 month ago and run daily without any problems yet. Some dishes have water droplets after dry cycle ends. We have learned to open the door after dry cycle ends and after about 30 minutes dishes are all dry. Not an inconvenience. Affordable, excellent dishwasher.

The Best Buy extended warranties are great. They have replaced multiple products that have failed with a fairly easy process. Visit the geek squad and diagnose and replace.
