These guys and gals are problem solvers and if they dont figure it out they will find someone who definitely can. The service the offer is top tier. Last year I bought my teen a laptop and 2 years of service. I still have a year of protection and peace of mind. Today I bought him the Meta 3 VR headset and it is covered by the protection i bought from the purchase I made last year. Win, win. Situation indeed.

Had a pair of earbuds that wouldnt work or charge anymore after a year. Took ot back to bestbuy and walked out with a new pair. No fight no hassles.
