I love this for everything except for the laptops because you still have to pay an extra hundred bucks but other than that it covers everything.

I mean come on, 24 months of geek squad? What else could you possibly ask for??

I have been a total tech member for over 3 years and i used to LOVE it!!! I joined because they applied additional apple care to all of your apple products. That reason alone made it one of the best investments ive ever done. Plus i got incredible discounts on open box products, stellar in store support and over the phone assistance. Since 2025 things have changed for the worse. The discounts are mediocre compared to what they were and the support has drastically downgraded. You don’t get apple support anymore either. Whats the point of having a subscription if the terms are changed without notice too? Do better best buy.

Buying through Best Buy with 2 years insurance is a must with electronics products! Having to pay one payment every year for all products is very easy.

I dont know any other way to say it, if it was expensive and you like it...buy the protection unless you wont be upset at losing it.

I have had Geek Squad for over 10 years and recommend it, most purchases have a 2 year warranty and you can go to a Best Buy store and and return the items if they break.

The new craftsman tool warranty for electronics and appliances. Can’t beat this for customer satisfaction and problem resolution. From phone service to in person service to product replacement. Way to stand behind the products you sale in store and online.

Unfortunately, due to my current circumstances, I had to cancel my Best Buy Total membership recently. Nonetheless, I truly enjoyed the benefits it offered and I am hopeful for the opportunity to renew it in the future. That being said, I must express my concern about the significant price increase for the membership, which has affected my perception of its value, resulting in a one-star rating.
