Easy connection and good sound. Bass is a problem for these as the vibrate my lower ears more than transmit bass sound. That’s only an issue at very high volume. The design is great and fits me perfectly. I absolutely love them. I use them on conference calls, when running, and I’ve hooked it up to my newest Samsung TV which allows Bluetooth. So I can watch some of my streaming shows with bad language and the entire house doesn’t hear it! I recently bought a Bissell Carpet Cleaner from Best Buy. In my case, it came with the protection plan because I am a TotalTech member. I put the machine together read all the instructions, which included instructions that customers should not return to store, rather call Bissell support. Started cleaning the caroet, literally made 3 passes and the machine lost all power and would not come on again. Because I had the protection plan, I was able to take it back to Best Buy and simply exchange it for another one.

Best Buy has a great team in customer service online and plus inside the store. I get the best service every time when come to the store looking for something. Or have a question and always give me an honor answer. And when i used the online Service always get a nice lady who understand what I'm talking about and help me out with the issue. Overall I have a great experience with Best Buy!!!
