First time needing to use the Best Buy Protection plan - and extremely impressed! No difficulties, fast resolution to my issue, and a fast replacement, covered also by start of a new plan! The small appliance that quit working was only a few months old, technically covered by manufacturer warranty, but the Best Buy Protection plan saved me the headache of trying to figure out how to open a warranty claim with the manufacture, where to send the appliance, etc. Always wondered if I would get value from the plan, and it just delivered!

They offer 2 years on items, when you call no one knows anything. I was to get free shipping, was told no longer offered. I explained I received free shipping and install in July. reps hang up. Best buy needs to hire knowable people

I don't know about PC, I find the Geek squad always helps me with my PC.

With everything going up in price, I really appreciated the option to get 24-months interest free. If I have a "short" month I can make the minimum or a little more without penalty.
