I got my CyberPowerPC home and setup was a breeze. Everything fired up and, as expected, it surpassed (almost) my every expectation. The one flaw was I couldn’t get the ethernet port to work. Wireless connected just fine, but the connection speed was horrible. I tried online remedies to fix it, but nothing. I contacted BestBuy online tech support (Five-Star service, to be sure), but they couldn’t solve it even with a remote logon. The tech said I had to bring it to the store. I purchased a USB Ethernet adapter which has been working fine, but have not brought it in yet for repair. Granted, this may be a one off, but if this review helps one person, happy day.

I have had a few things break since I purchase this plan and the Best Buy team was all on it to get it replaced or repaired. Plus I buy a lot of Apple products and Apple care is added to the purchase automatically.
