Much nicer build quality and joystick feel - really a night and day difference over the old pro controller. However there is some concern over repairability - it's very difficult to dismantle for replacing components.

It is a must if you are purchasing a lot of items from Best Buy. The coverage is good, and it eliminates several hassles.

I recently bought a Bissell Carpet Cleaner from Best Buy. In my case, it came with the protection plan because I am a TotalTech member. I put the machine together read all the instructions, which included instructions that customers should not return to store, rather call Bissell support. Started cleaning the caroet, literally made 3 passes and the machine lost all power and would not come on again. Because I had the protection plan, I was able to take it back to Best Buy and simply exchange it for another one.

This is a great added protection for non technical people like me! I don't have to worry about messing it up as if I did, they would be able to fix it with ease and promptness.

Love this upgrade from a late 2008 MacBookPro 15” that just became too old to work properly.

I’m glad I got the protection plan. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to my device, I’m covered for repairs or replacements. The 24-month coverage is a good value for the price, especially with expensive tech products.

Service from Best Buy Protection is the best! I took my old computer in due to a problem. It could have been repaired; however it was 7 + years old and I decided on a new one. The service was covered by my Protection, so no charges for the service. Very good to explain issues on the old computer.

Best Buy has the best protection plans When they say 360 they mean it.

Been using the warrenty through bestbuy for a few years now. It’s easy to sign up and fairly decent priced. Saves time and money if you have kids it’s well worth the investment.

Good thing I got this otherwise I would have to or replace the laptop in the first six months
