This paid protection offers piece of mind when things go awry. Face it, if it's man made it's not prefect and things get break. It's great knowing you have the assistance and attention you'll need during those mishaps. And don't they just happen to come at an inopportune time???

Love the sound and the comfort of the earpiece. The sound reducer is a big plus. I enjoy being able to listen to my conversations or music without a lot of background noises.

I always purchase protection for any large items I purchase from Best Buy. It has come in handy multiple times! I have purchased it for so many items - laptops, TVs etc. They have fixed a few laptops - especially last time when my laptop was completely wiped.
