I get the best service every time when come to the store looking for something. Or have a question and always give me an honor answer. And when i used the online Service always get a nice lady who understand what I'm talking about and help me out with the issue. Overall I have a great experience with Best Buy!!!

The biggest caveat is that the replacement policy, while seeming nice, is in effect if Best Buy determines that they cannot repair the device first. And I don't know the quality of the repair service.

They have always been easy to use when needed. Not all devices need it. Now the way you get it.... that is another thing that needs to be reviewed and quite frankly sucks now. (The best buy yearly membership thing).
