Never had a problem with returning or exchanging items.

Besides Allstate they provide by far the BEST protection plans. Do yourself favor tho if your going to spend a lot of money especially if you get protection plans on everything like I do just do the total membership it’s worth it!!!

Peopl people do not leave best buy without buying their protection plan, it might seem like spending extra but i promise you wont regret it.....

Early on I learned the hard way that it is advisable to have this type of “insurance” on all my electronic devices. I needed it on my AirPod Pros and wished it would have been two months extended on the ones I purchased for my daughter which died at 26 months. So while I resent having to “insure” all my stuff I will always do it.

This product is not merely productive but it is Super sick product, bruh.

It has paid for itself several times for us. We have always found the staff courteous and knowledgeable.

We depend on the 2-year protection provided by our Best Buy Membership Total. We have had to use it and have had no problems with it.

The Best Buy protection plan is simply as must have as we all have learned nothing last forever. Last fall, I purchased a new Vaccuum and about 6 months later it simply stopped working. Through my BB protect plan, I was provided a full refund and purchased another handheld from Best Buy. This protection is a must have for any electronics or items you purchase from Best Buy. You will thank me later!
