I believe I've already reviewed this product. I love fixing things on my own but it's nice to know that I can call someone to help me troubleshoot if I have an issue or have them come to my place of residence to fix the issue if necessary without a service cost parts may not be included

The Geek Squad Bowling Green Kentucky rock!!!! The only better thing would be to have a direct phone number to speak with someone incase of questions or concerns at the local store. Even if you had to leave a call back number you could eventually talk to the store handling you issues.

I think this is for the protection plan. Which I would suggest for everyone to get. It's help us out when we bought our TV and computer. Any problem and I can easily call and get well informed help.

Great plan for all devices. I have used it before for a DualShock 4 controller and was able to replace it with no issues.

Best Buy protection plan is a life saver. Coverage is way better than the products own warranty.

Excellent value! I purchased this protection plan when I brought my laptop to Geek Squad because it had a corrupted operating system. I bought a new laptop and they installed Microsoft 365. Because I had the protection plan, they fixed the old laptop and backed up all my data to a portable hard drive. Protection plan more than paid for itself! Five stars.

I sleep well knowing if I have this service and an item I purchased is faulty or breaks Best Buy can fix it.

I can call for help and sometimes get my issue resolved over the phone - I am not confident with navigating the screens at times. If it is in need of service then I just drop it off for repair. It is so worth the membership fee! It’s like having a best friend that you can call when you need help.

I didn't think I needed to purchase the Best Buy protection; I usually don't because by the time the product breaks or no functions properly, it's been time for a new one. However, I am super glad I purchased the BB protection this go round. This plan installs, protects and insures my products for up to 2 years. It's better to have and not need then to need and not have is a good rule to apply and my logic for purchasing it. Very glad I did; I've used it once already for repair and it was easy to set up repair appointment. Highly recommend!

Valuable benefits, I like the extended warranty and ability to recycle equipment that is end of life.

Good to have insurance, especially when your starting to get into these more sophisticated items that are more expensive.

Having the Best Buy warranty option is the best, I purchase the my Best Buy total, I pay $180 per year to cover all of my items I purchase at Best Buy as well as the future items I will purchase from there, best option available for us customers !
