This is my second 24-month protection plan. It is totally worth it, especially if you have kids. My son spilled water twice into his Mac, and the plan fixed it each time. I have replaced phone screens and phones. There are deductibles, but you won't get a new Mac for $300. If the computer or item can't be fixed, you get a replacement up to the original value and can pay the difference for an upgrade.

Whenever I have any problems in my device, I just take it in and then replace it. Definitely would sign up again.

Protection Plan is something we will always purchase. We need outside help with tech issues.

Definitely worth purchasing! It has replaced a couple of drones for us. Simple and Easy process! No Hassle and will renew when needed! It has saved us so much money!

As a Best Buy Tech member, I get two year protection automatically for all my purchases.

In my opinion is the best money you will ever spend. No matter how many times it takes them to come out, it is zero additional cost to the customer. All the technicians that I have dealt with are very professional and respectful to me as a customer and they always clean up behind themselves and they do not mind taking the time to answer any and all questions you may have about the service you are receiving.

Better to protect than regret later just in case. Highly recommend
