Honestly Underated for what it is. Being able to know that I'm able to use my products the way they're supposed to be used, but still having the safety of repair or replacement is such a reliever. I know I can count on Best Buy to back me up when I need it the mot!

Saves me a lot of anxiety, I tend to be clumsy so having this protection plan saves me and I feel at piece with being clumsy because you never know what could happen and it’s better to be safe than sorry.

I haven’t had to use the protection plan yet, but it’s reassuring to know I’m covered if anything goes wrong. For the price, the peace of mind is totally worth it.

I couldn't sign in to Disney plus so I called them and asked for assistance. After 30 minutes of trying they asked me if there was someone in the house with a bit more knowledge about the problem. Upset me as I am a senior and have limited knowledge, made me mad so I hung up. Called Geek Squad next day, they came out very respectful to me, very efficient and quick. Fixed the problem.

I also enjoy the unlimited Geek Squad support and the free shipping and installation services. The membership is worth every penny for me as a tech enthusiast. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get the most out of their technology purchases.

I have had Geek Squad for over 10 years and recommend it, most purchases have a 2 year warranty and you can go to a Best Buy store and and return the items if they break.
