This store has been extremely attentive and helpful. The general manager I spoke with was incredibly helpful, and the staff was also very helpful. The store has a great layout and flow now. It had a strange layout previously its now more convenient to pickup orders from online purchases and its nice to see actual humans at a registers.

Best Buy Protection is simply amazing. Their customer service is top notch, and the protection plans are truly worth every penny. I've had to make a few claims in the past couple of months, and they have been quick to respond, provide helpful advice, and assist with all the paperwork. I'm beyond impressed with Best Buy Protection, if you're considering getting a protection plan for your electronics, this is definitely the way to go!

I like Geek Squad but there were times last yr when they were not so helpful. However, I usually get great service.

I feel safer having this warranty but the only downside is geek squad sometimes isn’t very helpful and a few times I went in for 40 minute appointments I was rushed because of others with same time slot as me. I should get my full 40 minutes and not be rushed after 20 minutes.

I used it to repair my computer, it was worth it because it was in the timeframe so it was “free repair”

This warranty service provided by best by is excellent. They will come and fix your tv or replace it if they have to. I had a sony replaced and thankfllu i had this warranty because if i didnt, i would have had to spend another 3k not even 2 years afyer i bought the first TV. I highly recommend best buys total tech membership if you regularly shop at best buy!

One of the most underrated subscriptions I have ever paid for. This gives you peace of mind. I have had this membership going on 3 years and it's nice knowing everything is covered that I purchase from Best Buy. I have 3 OLED televisions so that alone makes it worth it.

Buying gadgets as many as I buy each year, getting the 2 year Protection plan all included is the best thing I've done, I got it since Best Buy started offering it a couple years ago and I renew it every year It's always worth it
