Total Tech is defiantly worth it for a Technophile like myself. Although they have dropped some features from last year like Free Virus software, they still cover everything in my house. Total Tech also offers numerous sale offers only available to members. Last year I bought an M1 iPad for a decently reduced price and it includes a 2 year AppleCare+ warranty. I especially like the Free same day to 2 day shipping, 60 day returns period and 24/7/365 Geek Squad support.

This eliminates all the individual warranties I would have to subscribe to. It’s a great peace of mind to know my appliances are under one warranty

Excellent Service! Easy to set up appointments with the Geek Squad. They have transferred files from an old computer to a new laptop. They have solved issues with programs. Love that they cover all your purchases for one year from date of purchase. They have come out and resolved issues with my surround sound system. Great peace of mind. The staff are so easy to work with.

I think the Monthly Best Buy Protection is like an insurance policy for your BB electronics. I've not had to use it yet but I'd rather buy something from Best Buy (vs Amazon) knowing I can walk into the store if I have an issue.

Their protection plan saved me a lot of money, made it so easy for me to have new laptop set up and configured to my specifications. Then, they told me to bring in my old laptop, No charge to check it out under the plan, I spent about $80 for a part, they cleaned, checked, and got my old laptop up and running which I use it about 10 hours a day for business, in fact I'm using it right now. Instead of throwing old LT away, I now have 2 working laptops for different needs. I feel I saved a lot of money. Thanks Best Buy and Geek Squad!
