Excellent value! I purchased this protection plan when I brought my laptop to Geek Squad because it had a corrupted operating system. I bought a new laptop and they installed Microsoft 365. Because I had the protection plan, they fixed the old laptop and backed up all my data to a portable hard drive. Protection plan more than paid for itself! Five stars.

This is very expensive, it's like an insurance basically. However, when you need it, it becomes really useful. Especially if you buy apple devices from here.

Purchased in 2021 and it worked well for about 3 years. Works well with the Fitbit app and easy to wear daily. It’s a great option if you’re not looking to spend hundreds of dollars on a watch but still want the fitness tracking information. In the last 6 months or so, my watch started slowing down and bugging out even after firmware updates. Electronics don’t last forever, but I’m happy with the amount of use I got out of it.

I like the security, having this plan allows me to bring things in for repair/replacement as needed.

Super helpful to have protection nowadays. Don’t get me wrong BEST BUY does everything well they sell good product bring you used or fixed but it’s always a good idea to add extra protection, especially when is manufactured. I’ve been lucky enough to not have any problems with my electronics, but so far BEST BUY has stand up on their warranty and Protection . No complaints.

I have never had to use it but if I did I suppose it would be well worth it.

I have bought a lot of items from Best Buy and had to pay warranty separate but I think this is the best thing done because it will cover everything I buy I got the plan

This is my second 24-month protection plan. It is totally worth it, especially if you have kids. My son spilled water twice into his Mac, and the plan fixed it each time. I have replaced phone screens and phones. There are deductibles, but you won't get a new Mac for $300. If the computer or item can't be fixed, you get a replacement up to the original value and can pay the difference for an upgrade.

Total tech is worth it just to insure my phone. It was extra convenient when I had a panel failure on my OLED. Will continue to buy as many of my electronics as I can under it.
