Best way to protect your purchases outside of manufactured Warranty

I haven’t had the opportunity to use this warranty yet, but the peace of mind it provides is great. Knowing that I won’t have to worry about issues is a huge relief.

Total Tech is defiantly worth it for a Technophile like myself. Although they have dropped some features from last year like Free Virus software, they still cover everything in my house. Total Tech also offers numerous sale offers only available to members. Last year I bought an M1 iPad for a decently reduced price and it includes a 2 year AppleCare+ warranty. I especially like the Free same day to 2 day shipping, 60 day returns period and 24/7/365 Geek Squad support.

Great protection, can comfortably use my things knowing they are covered

I got my CyberPowerPC home and setup was a breeze. Everything fired up and, as expected, it surpassed (almost) my every expectation. The one flaw was I couldn’t get the ethernet port to work. Wireless connected just fine, but the connection speed was horrible. I tried online remedies to fix it, but nothing. I contacted BestBuy online tech support (Five-Star service, to be sure), but they couldn’t solve it even with a remote logon. The tech said I had to bring it to the store. I purchased a USB Ethernet adapter which has been working fine, but have not brought it in yet for repair. Granted, this may be a one off, but if this review helps one person, happy day.

Their protection plan saved me a lot of money, made it so easy for me to have new laptop set up and configured to my specifications. Then, they told me to bring in my old laptop, No charge to check it out under the plan, I spent about $80 for a part, they cleaned, checked, and got my old laptop up and running which I use it about 10 hours a day for business, in fact I'm using it right now. Instead of throwing old LT away, I now have 2 working laptops for different needs. I feel I saved a lot of money. Thanks Best Buy and Geek Squad!

This store has been extremely attentive and helpful. The general manager I spoke with was incredibly helpful, and the staff was also very helpful. The store has a great layout and flow now. It had a strange layout previously its now more convenient to pickup orders from online purchases and its nice to see actual humans at a registers.

This warranty service provided by best by is excellent. They will come and fix your tv or replace it if they have to. I had a sony replaced and thankfllu i had this warranty because if i didnt, i would have had to spend another 3k not even 2 years afyer i bought the first TV. I highly recommend best buys total tech membership if you regularly shop at best buy!

It’s ok. We have used it once. They did replace a tv, when it had stopped working in the magic window. But it must be in between when the 12 month warranty stops and their 24 month coverage extends. So basically, month 13-24 is when they kick in.

This allows a longer period to return an item. This helps is you should need any kind of repair on an item.
