Works really good. I bought it for gaming and it works perfectly better than other so called "gaming headset"

It’s ok. We have used it once. They did replace a tv, when it had stopped working in the magic window. But it must be in between when the 12 month warranty stops and their 24 month coverage extends. So basically, month 13-24 is when they kick in.

This allows a longer period to return an item. This helps is you should need any kind of repair on an item.

I've had BestBuy Total for a few years now and the automatic 2 year Geeksquad protection added at purchase definitely helps me to keep a no worries attitude about my purchases. Good to know that they've got my back on any accidentals right out if the gate. Doesn’t get any better than that. Awesome!

I bought it with my fridge and used it to have the icemaker repaired. when I bought it didn't not have a fee for the visit. I found out about the charge for the visit. 100 dollars, not bad but un expected

Having the Best Buy warranty option is the best, I purchase the my Best Buy total, I pay $180 per year to cover all of my items I purchase at Best Buy as well as the future items I will purchase from there, best option available for us customers !

From the purchase time, through the dishwasher's first run, all went smoothly! There were even written instructions we were able to understand. The dishwasher was installed in a timely manner. The installer even did a good job cleaning up after himself. Good man!

Quick service when I stopped into Best Buy while out of town! My hard drive was dying and the geek squad backed up my files to an external drive. Life savers!

great protection plan. Many people find value in having that extra peace of mind. Knowing you're covered can make enjoying your purchase even better. Hopefully, you'll never need to use it. But it's good to be prepared, just in case.

I wish you still did installations for no extra costs. I have had all of my security cameras put in, help with computer programs and do much more! Thank you Best Buy!! That is my 3rd home!!
