The protection plan has been great. Best Buy does a grear job taking care of all my product service & support. Works great for my home & small business.

We have used our Best Buy Protection on numerous occasions to both repair and maintain our purchases. Will renew our membership in January.

One of the better Warranty plans money can buy. I strongly recommend the annual Best Buy membership they offer. It includes so much for so little if you use/purchase tech often. With so many Best Buy locations it's hard to pass up.

The Totaltech Member Protection Plan used to be “good enough” — not perfect, but at least it offered decent coverage and peace of mind. When I had to return a damaged item, it took over four weeks to get a replacement, which was frustrating but tolerable at the time. Now, however, there’s little reason to keep it. The variety of items available has shrunk significantly, and most third-party products sold through Best Buy are no longer covered by the insurance. That’s a major downgrade. What was once a passable safety net has become a limited, restrictive plan that no longer justifies its cost.

I find that the protection plan gives me peace of mind. I hope that I will not need it but am glad to have it if I need it.

This heater is pretty good for its size. Texas winters are pretty cold and this unit kept our living room warm enough to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Works great. The best part it being digital. I set the timer for faster cooking and 4hrs later dinner is done. Slower cooking works well aslo.

HAVE NOT HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY OF THE PURCHASES BUT THE FACT THAT IM COVERED IS AMAZING

Definitely worth getting extra protection. My robo vac pulled down my laptop and we were able to get it fixed with our protection plan. So appreciated.

hi folks! Let's talk about the 24-month protection plan from Best Buy. seriously, it's a game-changer. Two years can be unpredictable. But with this plan, it's smooth sailing. The coverage? Comprehensive. Customer service? Fantastic. They replaced my gear when they couldn't repair it. For the security it offers, it's a good investment. Would recommend to anyone!

Great battery life, Great Remote !! Doesnt come with the back paddles which would be cool. However I have two of these and Ive had them for over 10 years with no issues. Need something simple and durable for the kids to use, then this is it!
