Warranty is great anytime computer has problem which is few times a year i call get appt and problem is solved shortly for free

Love this is included with my total protection and makes my purchases safer and secure without individual warranty to track. I have used this already on laptops and a dishwasher making it very easy to have serve done and with minimal to no added cost.

I have been a total tech member for over 3 years and i used to LOVE it!!! I joined because they applied additional apple care to all of your apple products. That reason alone made it one of the best investments ive ever done. Plus i got incredible discounts on open box products, stellar in store support and over the phone assistance. Since 2025 things have changed for the worse. The discounts are mediocre compared to what they were and the support has drastically downgraded. You don’t get apple support anymore either. Whats the point of having a subscription if the terms are changed without notice too? Do better best buy.

This warranty service provided by best by is excellent. They will come and fix your tv or replace it if they have to. I had a sony replaced and thankfllu i had this warranty because if i didnt, i would have had to spend another 3k not even 2 years afyer i bought the first TV. I highly recommend best buys total tech membership if you regularly shop at best buy!

The protection plan has come in handy on occasion. When I had an issue with Bose headphones. My item was replaced with a hassle free process.

I have had a few things break since I purchase this plan and the Best Buy team was all on it to get it replaced or repaired. Plus I buy a lot of Apple products and Apple care is added to the purchase automatically.
