Great sense of security with items when pur chased

The Best Buy protection plan takes the worry off of you. You know that your items are protected. Easy to use.

The coverage is pretty good. No complaints about the warranty.

Iwant to have the additional protection. I already have a home warranty.

I was having an issue with the performance of my pc and not able to troubleshoot the problem myself. I found out as a Total Tech member I could bring my PC in and have it looked at for free. The geek squad team was quick and professional and was able to resolve my issue quickly and with no extra cost to me.

I've have had to use the service plan maybe a dozen times over the past decade. The cool thing is that it is always handled professionally and with one exception, quick. That is a savings of time AND money and to me, makes it worth getting. Of course if you get the Total Tech (like I now have) you get the service plan FOR FREE so you know I'm going for that!

This in itself is a weight in gold, When you purchase something the warranty comes with it, you don't have to worry about nonsense stuff. AWESOME

I have used their service several times since buying my new computer. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They transferred all my data from my old computer and updated all my programs. They also cleaned up and updated my old computer programs. Came to my home also to help with problems I was having connecting my old printer, etc. Well worth the money if you are not a tech geek. Highly recommend the plan.

The protection plans have been amazing and when making larger purchases it’s great to have a peace knowing that you’ll be covered should something go wrong

So glad I signed up for this service. Have multiple computers that the Geek Squad has helped with. Had problems with cleaning my computer, and getting it back to operating a little better. They cleaned up and it ran like new.

I recommend a Best Buy protection plan. Because you never know when there could be a defect or something going on with your system that you need help. They are efficient, respectful, and get to the bottom of my concerns. It’s better to be safe than regret, because you didn’t get it.

So worth it. I have had a couple of items crap out on me and bestbuy service is top notch. They will help troubleshoot it for you, and if they can’t fix it they’ll replace it. We had a Dyson that crapped out and was no longer available, so they gave us a gift card for the entire purchase price which we used toward a different model

Please know that the Best Buy technician, Christopher, has been amazing! He followed up with me after coming to see WHY the icemaker was barely making any ice. He changed the freezer temp to -4 degrees, BUT unfortunately it's still NOT making much ice. He called me back and we set another appointment for this Friday, 8/4 between 8 - 10am

This was included in my Best Buy Total membership. This protection is an awesome perk of the membership that gives me peace of mind for my products.
