Just amazed by how seemless it is to get a replacement or repair on bby protected products

The Geek Squad Bowling Green Kentucky rock!!!! The only better thing would be to have a direct phone number to speak with someone incase of questions or concerns at the local store. Even if you had to leave a call back number you could eventually talk to the store handling you issues.

The geek squad has good service and suggestions. Not sure what we ever did before we signed up. They are indispensable. Best Buy Membership helps with purchases and discounts.

My son wanted these so I got them for him and he could not be happier. Said they felt light weight on and very comfortable. Did not hurt his ears or head after many hours of use. For the price they are great.

They fix anything electronic wise and they are good from any questions

Great investment. I recommend it. It keeps your mind at ease knowing you have your equipment protected if anything should happen to it.

It’s worth the price to get cause if for any reason your items go bad the warranty will kick in.

The total tech protection I think is a great investment because all of your purchases are covered under one plan versus purchasing individual insurance per product which if im being honest, in the long run, is way more expensive so this is pretty awesome. Plus, no receipt required as long as it’s all purchased under the phone number listed on the protection plan! Absolutely love it ❤️

I've had BestBuy Total for a few years now and the automatic 2 year Geeksquad protection added at purchase definitely helps me to keep a no worries attitude about my purchases. Good to know that they've got my back on any accidentals right out if the gate. Doesn’t get any better than that. Awesome!

The geek squad warranty has been utilized and by far is amazing!

I was comvinced to get the TotalTech program aboht 6 months ago, and it gives free protection on all items, it has saved me a few times already on products that have either gone bad, or I have been a little too rough with. It’s also really handy, because products that you can’t buy protetion for, some higher end speakers, you get protection through TotalTech, definitelt recommend!
