The total tech protection I think is a great investment because all of your purchases are covered under one plan versus purchasing individual insurance per product which if im being honest, in the long run, is way more expensive so this is pretty awesome. Plus, no receipt required as long as it’s all purchased under the phone number listed on the protection plan! Absolutely love it ❤️

Great way to protect your purchases when spending your hard earned cash. The security of knowing your covered in the event your product is defected

The warranty is the best part. If the product cannot be repaired, a credit of your original purchase will be provided. This works out in your favor if the item was computer. You end up replacing your computer with a cheaper better machine with newer hardware.

This is by far the best protection plan and is worth every penny. I have been using it now for about seven years. I can return items with no questions asked. Technical support and the best deals for electronics because of the 2-year coverage for every item purchased.

I was comvinced to get the TotalTech program aboht 6 months ago, and it gives free protection on all items, it has saved me a few times already on products that have either gone bad, or I have been a little too rough with. It’s also really handy, because products that you can’t buy protetion for, some higher end speakers, you get protection through TotalTech, definitelt recommend!

I find it a good value when compared to fixing or replacing electronics or appliances.

Thanks to a great sales associate at the NYC 23rd Street store, I added this protection plan. It covers all tech purchases. This encouraged me to add a Canon 50mm lens and EasyStore drive. Their competitors do not have *total* tech plans. The plan also covers tech support & free delivery. Thinking about a new iPhone - compare Best Buy protection coverage w/ carriers. It's my understanding that this plan would also includes the purchase of a new iPhone plus two-years of Apple Care.
