I recommend this protection for anyone shopping with Best Buy

Best Buy/geek squad is great and their coverage for your devices and service is amazing the membership is worth it especially if you are into tech and have a lot of issues. There return to member is also within 2 days and they keep on that promise as well as communication with them is on point and are back to you within 1-3 hours if urgent calling them is a good option

So far i have had no problems with tech support, and or fixing or replacing something. First chromebook we bought went down during in house learning for my kiddo. They had no problems fixing it when it started acting up. Head phones i bought were replaced instantly when broken.

I buy a lot of electronics from Best Buy so getting this plan was an additional perk from shopping here. It is a little expensive but it pays off in the long run. Also adding AppleCare + to my products, I was able to get my AirPods Pro fixed at a good price

Seem to honor but getting thru phone system and to a resolution is time-consuming/frustrating. Most of the agents are helpful/courteous but Best Buy/Pacific Sales practices phone system sucks and severely limit their ability to resolve issues. To be fair, faulty items are replaced no questions asked and Geek Squad repairs have been decent, once you get to them. Overpriced though.

I always get the protection plans and while I don’t always need them, any product that gets heavy use has a higher chance of breaking down due to wear and tear in the two years. Generally all it takes is 1 out of 20 products to go bad in two years and you essentially break even on the money you spend on multiple protection plans.

Digital photos get lost in your phone. Physical memories can get lost too but its physical so it feels more valuable especially since it’s INSTANT.

If you buy a lot of electronics from Best Buy, this will save you money!

I have been a total tech member for 2 years now, and it has been worth every penny! Installations and shipping are free and you also have warranty and extended warranties on everything you have ever purchased. Well worth the money and usually the first time you use it, it pays for itself.

The mic has a very easy setup. It is crystal clear for others and has an AUX plug-in so that you do not need to plug into your PC making most headphones long enough to not need any extra adapters. I love to game and stream and this works well for both!

This is worth every dime and pays for itself! If you buy two or more decently priced things the coverage without hassles of getting it back to the manufacturer is well worth it!

Comfortable use, husband loves the headphones. Would buy again.

I really appreciate the Best Buy Protection Plans! They cover my devices and either repair them or offer a replacement when it can’t be repaired.

Love my Total Tech membership! I thought it was really stupid and then finally caved because I was building my own PC and realized I wanted protection on all my things without buying it for them all individually. Worth the splurge if you are getting multiple items and very frequently. I also love the longer return window.

Convenient when problems arise with computer and products.

I love my total Tech. It has helped my wife and Ia lot also with upgrades. We have had an issue though with our TV in her phone which we are dealing with the TV. Now the phone we had to just chock it up as a loss brand new phone started smoking tot on fire while charging. And Geek Squad asked if we even had a piece of the phone. I mean really it caught on fire..

My daughter broke the usb port to her XBox headset I took it up to customer service and they replaced it no questions asked. It is great

The 2 year warranty with Best Buys Membership is wonderful.
