The BestBuy warranty with my membership is a must have. I have had a few issues with purchased products and the warranty has saved me time and money. I highly recommend you make that purchase.

A must have if you are spending a lot of money! Unfortunately, the only time this wasn't beneficial is when Best Buy no longer carried the item broke.

I have used their service several times since buying my new computer. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They transferred all my data from my old computer and updated all my programs. They also cleaned up and updated my old computer programs. Came to my home also to help with problems I was having connecting my old printer, etc. Well worth the money if you are not a tech geek. Highly recommend the plan.

From the purchase time, through the dishwasher's first run, all went smoothly! There were even written instructions we were able to understand. The dishwasher was installed in a timely manner. The installer even did a good job cleaning up after himself. Good man!

Besides Allstate they provide by far the BEST protection plans. Do yourself favor tho if your going to spend a lot of money especially if you get protection plans on everything like I do just do the total membership it’s worth it!!!

I had no idea this was a third-party order. Apparently that means you only get a 15-day return window. Fine, but here’s the obvious problem: that was not clearly communicated anywhere on the product page. As a Total Tech member, I expected better. I bought the product, ended up disappointed with it because it lacked features compared to competing options, and it failed to register more than about 25% of my shots. When I called customer service, I was essentially told, “too bad, you missed the return window,” and that I should have somehow known about the 15-day policy. That response was unacceptable. I have spent a significant amount of money at Best Buy over the years, and this is the level of support I got. What makes it worse is that employees seemed fully aware that this confusion around third-party return policies is an ongoing issue. That is not a customer mistake. That is a transparency failure. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Best Buy. I have recommended Best Buy to friends and family and directed plenty of business your way, but situations like this make that hard to justify. I am now genuinely considering canceling my Best Buy credit card, ending my Total Tech membership, and taking my business elsewhere. If Best Buy is going to sell third-party items under its banner, then the return terms need to be impossible to miss. Right now, the burden is being dumped on the customer, and that is a bad look.

They help out so much they are nice and reliable and caring

This blender from KitchenAid is a game changer. Its speed control is on and it lets me blend just about anything to the exact consistency I want. Plus, it’s comfy to hold and the different attachments make it really easy to multitask. And it is also very easy. Overall, it’s a good must have for anyone who loves cooking.!

I feel safer having this warranty but the only downside is geek squad sometimes isn’t very helpful and a few times I went in for 40 minute appointments I was rushed because of others with same time slot as me. I should get my full 40 minutes and not be rushed after 20 minutes.

Having the Best Buy warranty option is the best, I purchase the my Best Buy total, I pay $180 per year to cover all of my items I purchase at Best Buy as well as the future items I will purchase from there, best option available for us customers !
