I think the Monthly Best Buy Protection is like an insurance policy for your BB electronics. I've not had to use it yet but I'd rather buy something from Best Buy (vs Amazon) knowing I can walk into the store if I have an issue.

I have used their service several times since buying my new computer. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They transferred all my data from my old computer and updated all my programs. They also cleaned up and updated my old computer programs. Came to my home also to help with problems I was having connecting my old printer, etc. Well worth the money if you are not a tech geek. Highly recommend the plan.

I buy all electronics from Best Buy because of the warranty program. Using it for my 2 new phones.

Let me explain. The idea is wonderful; however the charger itself isn't engineered well. I generally keep items for months or years before reviewing so it's more true to the long term functionality. What I found: Leaving your Theragun in this charger will DRAIN THE BATTERY CONSIDERABLY unless you use it daily. This clearly wasn't designed to be a long-term docking station. If I fully charge my Theragun, and leave it in the charger, after a couple weeks the battery will be at 0%. I enjoy product testing and decided to check a theory so I unplugged the charger. That was 2 months ago. It's been sitting in a powerless dock. Guess what the battery life is? 78%! That means leaving your Theragun in the docking station while it's plugged in is not only draining the battery at a considerable rate, but it's shortening your battery life because you would need to charge it more frequently. To me that is a VERY poor design with irrefutable evidence that this is NOT A GOOD PRODUCT. Unfortunately the only way to test your new Theragun charger is not use it in a POWERED dock but at least you'll know if it's another poorly designed model. In this day and age a 1 penny sensor would have solved that issue. Now I need to either unplug the charger so it doesn't drain for when I need it, or leave the Theragun OFF the charging dock which defeats the purpose of purchasing it in the first place.

Excellent decision. You’d be crazy not to get this.

hi folks! Let's talk about the 24-month protection plan from Best Buy. seriously, it's a game-changer. Two years can be unpredictable. But with this plan, it's smooth sailing. The coverage? Comprehensive. Customer service? Fantastic. They replaced my gear when they couldn't repair it. For the security it offers, it's a good investment. Would recommend to anyone!

First time I had to use the protection and supper easy!

This is my 2nd Samsung Galaxy watch. I enjoy the health features and the accessible options that it offers. I recently traveled abroad and downloaded the watch face that showed both the local time and the home time, which was really cool. I also liked that I could change the watch band to match my outfits. I definitely recommend this watch!

Great plan for all devices. I have used it before for a DualShock 4 controller and was able to replace it with no issues.

Our service person was Angelo. He did a wonderful job. I had 2 rooms done with tv mounts and cable securing. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. I will definatly use these services again

Best Buy protection is the best, not only because I get it with my Total Best Buy Total program, but because any time I've had to use it, it's as SIMPLE as a no questions asked trade in of old product to new product.

Love the peace of mind this service brings. It's also great to pay once a year and everything purchased from BB is covered. Easy to use if needed.
