I've have had to use the service plan maybe a dozen times over the past decade. The cool thing is that it is always handled professionally and with one exception, quick. That is a savings of time AND money and to me, makes it worth getting. Of course if you get the Total Tech (like I now have) you get the service plan FOR FREE so you know I'm going for that!

I love the total tech protection. Big fan and will continue using it.

The protection plans are amazing- if you have an issue or think you do they send somebody somebody out to investigate And the geek squad rocks I will say this I have total tech and I wish I had the option to get the four year plan for protection

This is the best warranty i bought. I filled a claim and it was approved without a hassle. The only objection is that it extend the warranty for one year after manufacture warranty. I would like to see it extended for two years.

Don’t leave Best Buy without this warranty it will always pay for itself and you have peace of mind

The simple thought of an expensive purchase malfunctioning is overwhelming. With this warranty it eases my mind, and makes being expensive less stressful .

I sleep well knowing if I have this service and an item I purchased is faulty or breaks Best Buy can fix it.

This is a great deal at least from my perspective. I buy a lot of electronics and this keeps me from having to buy every protection plan

Best program ever Covers all my stuff. They have setip tvs for me, gixed my computers and recommended products i am interested in

This plan really is a life saver. Especially if ypu have a family that games. My husband goes through keyboard and mouse constantly. Its nice to just replace them instead of having to buy a whole new one.

Please know that the Best Buy technician, Christopher, has been amazing! He followed up with me after coming to see WHY the icemaker was barely making any ice. He changed the freezer temp to -4 degrees, BUT unfortunately it's still NOT making much ice. He called me back and we set another appointment for this Friday, 8/4 between 8 - 10am
