We have purchased the Best Buy Protection plan over many years. It is PROTECTION, proven by an issue we had with a washer we purchased. The plan is better than many plans that are offered out there.

It’s good to have it yet if you have to pay for it out of pocket not really since they don’t really fix damage stuff if it’s not software

Always have the 24 month protection plan on all purchases. This service is reliable if your product needs repair or replacement within the protection plan period. Has always been very easy to report a claim and the process is simple. Luckily most products have not needed to have a claim. But it is comforting to know that if needed, Best Buy Protection stands behind your purchase.

The protection plan is awesome as it covers my items without having to purchase insurance individually!

I love my total Tech. It has helped my wife and Ia lot also with upgrades. We have had an issue though with our TV in her phone which we are dealing with the TV. Now the phone we had to just chock it up as a loss brand new phone started smoking tot on fire while charging. And Geek Squad asked if we even had a piece of the phone. I mean really it caught on fire..

I recommend a Best Buy protection plan. Because you never know when there could be a defect or something going on with your system that you need help. They are efficient, respectful, and get to the bottom of my concerns. It’s better to be safe than regret, because you didn’t get it.
