I like Geek Squad but there were times last yr when they were not so helpful. However, I usually get great service.

One of the better Warranty plans money can buy. I strongly recommend the annual Best Buy membership they offer. It includes so much for so little if you use/purchase tech often. With so many Best Buy locations it's hard to pass up.

The plan has been so helpful and has allowed for hassle-free returns.

I always get the protection plans and while I don’t always need them, any product that gets heavy use has a higher chance of breaking down due to wear and tear in the two years. Generally all it takes is 1 out of 20 products to go bad in two years and you essentially break even on the money you spend on multiple protection plans.

I have used this a lot. They help me with my laptop, my printer and my husband’s computer.

Great battery life, Great Remote !! Doesnt come with the back paddles which would be cool. However I have two of these and Ive had them for over 10 years with no issues. Need something simple and durable for the kids to use, then this is it!

Do not think that you are safe from needing protection on whatever product you buy. Best Buy has the best protection policies for their customers.

I researched the protection before I bought . We were not happy with the other repair Serivces. Geek squad was the best Serivce I had have in a long time. They were helpful and friendly. Most importantly the Geeksquad was on time and quickly made the repairs with no delays.

Insurance always a must in laptops so is good to get the best protection

Love my Total Tech membership! I thought it was really stupid and then finally caved because I was building my own PC and realized I wanted protection on all my things without buying it for them all individually. Worth the splurge if you are getting multiple items and very frequently. I also love the longer return window.

The sales person showed me how it would benefit me by purchasing Protection plan. The cost was $199 but I saved more than that as I got my TV discounted, did not have to pay for installation or the wall mount. Everytime I make a purchase I get a nice discount and 2 years insurance without additional cost. I will be renewing when it comes due in December and will always recommend to everyone to purchase it.

Best Buy Protection plan is a great security blanket for computers and Apple products
