I stumble and question everytime my 'Extended Warranty' customer subscription comes up for renewal but have learned (the hard way) that a busy family using many items- the 'Protection Plan' is a cheaper net investment vs. paying for the unexpected when needed. Sure, as my products age I will re-evaluate the ROI but for now is a net savings.

I used it to repair my computer, it was worth it because it was in the timeframe so it was “free repair”

Never had a problem with returning or exchanging items.

I have been a total tech member for 2 years now, and it has been worth every penny! Installations and shipping are free and you also have warranty and extended warranties on everything you have ever purchased. Well worth the money and usually the first time you use it, it pays for itself.

It's a protection plan with great value. Peace of mind if I ever need it. 8th one BB has sent me. I still have 5 more.

So far i have had no problems with tech support, and or fixing or replacing something. First chromebook we bought went down during in house learning for my kiddo. They had no problems fixing it when it started acting up. Head phones i bought were replaced instantly when broken.

Better safe than sorry. This insurance has been a great investment so far.

Works great and is vary handy for those hard to reach places. It’s convenient and just great for my uses.

As a Best Buy Tech member, I get two year protection automatically for all my purchases.

So glad I signed up for this service. Have multiple computers that the Geek Squad has helped with. Had problems with cleaning my computer, and getting it back to operating a little better. They cleaned up and it ran like new.

If your like me or have children worth the buy. You and I both know that life happens and it’s nice to know that with protection it’s one less thing to worry about. No issues replacing items or changing them out if they were not what I wanted.

I buy a lot of electronics from Best Buy so getting this plan was an additional perk from shopping here. It is a little expensive but it pays off in the long run. Also adding AppleCare + to my products, I was able to get my AirPods Pro fixed at a good price

Purchasing the total tech membership is a no-brainer. If you’re looking to upgrade your phone, purchase an electronic device over $500, or just for the peace of mind of VIP service at Best Buy Im truly satisfied being a total Tech member, I was very skeptical, but has seen the benefits Over and over again
