I was having an issue with the performance of my pc and not able to troubleshoot the problem myself. I found out as a Total Tech member I could bring my PC in and have it looked at for free. The geek squad team was quick and professional and was able to resolve my issue quickly and with no extra cost to me.

I always get the protection plans and while I don’t always need them, any product that gets heavy use has a higher chance of breaking down due to wear and tear in the two years. Generally all it takes is 1 out of 20 products to go bad in two years and you essentially break even on the money you spend on multiple protection plans.

If you buy anything that you want to be easily repairedbor replaced, then dont hesistate to purchase this along with your item!

We have purchased many products for our business from Best Buy. We are ProTech members which gives us a great protection and other perks which enhances our loyalty to purchase other products.

This was for a new phone that was bought at Best Buy because AT&T dif not have one.

I stumble and question everytime my 'Extended Warranty' customer subscription comes up for renewal but have learned (the hard way) that a busy family using many items- the 'Protection Plan' is a cheaper net investment vs. paying for the unexpected when needed. Sure, as my products age I will re-evaluate the ROI but for now is a net savings.

I find the best products in best. Buy the quality and also the services.

Love my Total Tech membership! I thought it was really stupid and then finally caved because I was building my own PC and realized I wanted protection on all my things without buying it for them all individually. Worth the splurge if you are getting multiple items and very frequently. I also love the longer return window.
