    Before, you could replace something without any problem. Now there's always a but and now they want to charge me a fee every time I make a $50 claim if I use the totaltec

    I purchased this as I have a dog and though it would be a nice little small fan to have. It has 10 speeds, and it does not put out as much air as you would think. It does have a nice little display. To let you know the air quality of the room that you're in, but you have to be right in front of it, to actually know that it's putting out air other than them, bit of noise that it makes otherwise not really much worth the investment.
