For everyone who got excited about the huge discount and thought this was a great deal, please read this review before buying. To start with: it’s not worth it. I saw the big discount, high ratings, and overly positive reviews, so I assumed it would be a good purchase. Unfortunately, this robot vacuum turned out to be very disappointing. 1. The App: The app has a rating of 3.1 for a reason. I (like many others) struggled to create an account. I entered my information multiple times, but the app wouldn’t let me register. After several attempts, I finally managed to sign up. 2. Mapping the House: I cleared the floor completely before starting, yet it took the robot 1.5 hours to scan my house. For context, I don’t have a mansion – just the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. 3. Vacuum Performance: Once the mapping was done, I started the vacuuming process. The results were extremely poor – it left a lot of debris behind. I often have hair near the bed due to hormonal imbalance, and the vacuum didn’t pick up anything. I ran it a second time to see if it would improve – it didn’t. 4. Targeted Cleaning: I used the app to target a specific area near my bed. The robot got close, vacuumed for about 10 seconds, then returned to the station without completing the job. 5. Room Selection Issues: When I selected a specific room to clean via the app, the robot didn’t respond at all and just sat at the station. I had to wait about 20 minutes and restart the process before it would do anything. At this point, I realized the vacuum was not worth the trouble. It’s possible I received a defective unit, but judging by Reddit reviews, many others don’t recommend this brand either. Save yourself the hassle and look for a better alternative – this one isn’t worth the discounted price.

Coverage is great, but if you missed paying for the first time, you lose coverage for EVERYTHING! Now it's not worth paying more for items...in the future...
