Great buy! Definitely worth getting, you don’t want to have issues and not get them fixed

As a member since the beginning of this plan, I am disappointed by the recent changes to the plan. Much of my savings with the plan will be discontinued with our anniversary date. Even items covered by warrantee have changed with the future change. Delivery times of in stock items have lengthened by an extra day or two, service fees have appeared where there were none. All of this at a time when the stock at our local Best Buy has decreased. An example is Canon lenses, only 5 in stock now. 3 lens filters in store with 40 or more empty spaces. Deliveries from the BB warehouse take 5 to 6 days. The average item discounts are much smaller than in the past and much higher than Amazon.com and many others. When replacing lots of equipment during the pandemic it made sense but with most things expiring with 4 months of renewal it makes less sense. Not a single thing purchased and supplied with warranty (28 items ) needed warranty work or replacement which shows the high cost of the plan as insurance. Plan price is way over a fair value with reductions to plan.

I love the performance! Battery Life leaves you wanting more. Wish it came with a double pack battery. Or option to buy a bigger battery.

Bought in April 2025. Stopped working 1/6/2026. Ninja sent a replacement and it is much noisier than the first one. Don't know how long it will last. Warranty only covers the remainder of the year from the purchase of the first one in April, so it probably won't be covered by a warranty when it stops working.

Worth it! Such a great item highly recommended! Thanks Best Buy
