Good Watch Not Great

This is the first Samsung watch I have had that has had this problem. I love that they are smaller for women's wrists, but they need to improve on the charging capability and also being able to convert the purchases of apps from previous Samsung galaxy watches.

No Support

You call a general customer service line where they cannot help. This cannot escalate anything and you are stuck with something you paid thousands for that does not work. Not worth the price.

ANC wasn't nearly as good as I anticipated (better with Bose and Samsung Buds Pro). Will be returning because the fit is terrible. The buds fall out of my ears. Unfortunate because they do sound good.

Extended warranty plan

Transferring data from my older computer was an easy, straightforward task. The wait time for help is good. Decent value for the money. Little expensive.
