    What a rip-off. They charge for delivery and setup and they don't even include that with your total membership

    Pro: Overall this is a great machine. It produces more than enough ice for most home occasions. Con: It is fairly loud and makes a loud bang noise when the ice is ejected from the ice maker into the tray. It kinda sounds like a toy gunshot bang.

    The size of it fits perfect in a small space because it’s slim. Not big like most of them are.

    This model i5+ is too loud, does not clean always in rows, moves from one area to another then comes back. Does not avoid cables. Needs a camera which is the reason I'm upgrading to j9+.

    I use for the first time to replace a wireless surveillance camera that just purchase almost 8 months ago, instead going to the manufacturer which still under warranty, I just had a chat with an agent with best buy, setup and appointment with geek squad desk at the store, unfortunately they didn't have it, so it was delivered for free from another store to my house for free on the same day, I am glad to buy this protection plan, it's expensive but worth it
