    The camera is great records great video front and back. The problem and its a big problem is with the app it glitchs alot freezes and you cannot view the videos and you cannot send them to yourself. Only one device can have access to the dashcam so if there are multiple drovers for the vehicle only one perso. Will be able to ise their phone to access it because if anyone else tries to access it it says you must log out from the first device to be able to connect with another device. Im really contemplating returning it for snother one because the apl is so bad

    Nice to have with your normal warranty. Easy to use and Geek Tech are informative and detailed on what problem is and how long to repair. Worth the price is you buy alot from Best Buy.

    I want the only plans back. When something goes wrong (and it usually does) you will be paying a fee to send it off to be fixed. I’m nice upon a time, the plan actually covered repairs, those days are gone.

    Well, I bought the dash cam and set up an install through the “Geek Squad” , the day of the install the Daytona Beach Beat Buy called me and said they do not know how to install a dash cam in a Kia EV6.. The salesperson in the same store ran my credit report without my knowledge. When I called the corporate office they just blew me off..

    This watch doesn't stay activated for long enough. I have to keep touching its face to see the time and as for the rest of the functions hey stink. I would not recommend that anyone who wants a digital watch forget about purchasing this model. In short it doesn't work for me.

    I got this for my son. He likes it but when he trys to play this on PC driving is impossible, steering wheel shakes like crazy, works great on the xbox though.

    It is a huge pain to get items repaired. No way to track the status of the replacement parts and never get notified when they’re in. It takes months to replace certain items. Some times the replacement order gets lost and never completes. Several trips to store.

    Get sound quality, I like the bass. However, the case feels cheap and slippery and I dropped it multiple times. The case finally broke after a drop and the ear buds broke too.

    Fed Up With Broken GM - Non Working Refrigerators

    Rerigerators - Total tech is good to have, but we are annoyed because we can't seem to get in touch with managment when we really need to. We don't like the waits on the phone, and having to go through 6-7 people before we can get someone on the phone. Also, we don't like that we can't get a call back from the manager when they say we will. I have called 2 times now to try to get a manager to call me back and both times no one did. The refrigerator does not work properly. Even in the cold weather it was still in the red zone at 40 degrees and no one even got into it for like 2 hours before. It's annoying. We need a refrigerator that will cool off within 1 hour down to 38 degrees, and one where the temperature control knob works properly. The fan does not kick on when the refrigerator is opened and it should. The freezer fan kicks on when we open it, but not the refrigerator. We have been dealing with this for several months and have went through 2 refrigerators, and several others that were delievered broken. I do not want to call Total Tech for my brand new refrigerator to have them fix it. I want a new refrigerator. They know what they are bringing me. Would you want to go buy a new truck and find something wrong with it, only for the dealership to tell you that they can fix the truck for you? No! You would want a new truck just like you paid for!
