If you're spending over $1000 it might be worth it just for peace of mind.....considering that most items have a manufacturer's warranty for a year... I got it just for peace of mind as I purchase item valued over $4500 so for peace of mind I got it

Have mixed feedback, it all depends on the guys coming for delivery or installation , each one acts their own way. Some are great but some are worst, very ride

The bonus warranty support is always a rip off. Odds are you wont need the support. And you’ll have to fight for it if it is needer. Not worth the hassle.

Too expensive with no real value. There are not many incentives or real reasons to buy this. It needs more perks for someone to pay 200.

Best buy sucks now, and they scam you out of your money if you have a return on a bad product. Enjoy your store credit.

Best Buy protection extends your warranty by 24 months. I'm a Best Buy TotalTech member because of the free services and support available in-store at the help desk. But even better, when you are a TotalTech member, you get the 24-month extended coverage on all your purchases. It pays for itself many times over.

even for just-in-case situations, the protection helps to replace “old” or “used” items as well, you can turn in your used product before it’s protection is over, and get a brand new product most of the time! it just makes sense, put it on a Best Buy card for a one-time purchase if it doesnt make sense to you

Not what it used to be to be a paying member. Used to be Best Buy had your back as long as you were a member. Not anymore. Now it is limited to up to 2 years.

Only lasted me 3 months, good thing I took out the protection plan. I was getting more and more feed back from the mic.

Only a protection until your total tech membership lapses due to having very difficult time these last few months. Especially financially. Then less than a month after your manufactures warranty expires, your $1000+ surface pro mother board begins shorting out and is now a paper weight. Best Buys by the book management and employees refuse to offer any help what so ever. Every appliance and electronics has been purchased through Best Buy with Total Tech, but we are NOT getting any support. I need my laptop to run my start up business. I’m so very frustrated and disappointed. I will pay for Total Tech again. I just need them to honor this. We even have a fridge that has leaked since we have had it and they keep sending people out that never fix it. We have just given up on that. This is corporate America right?! Do better!!!

Great sound, but the battery life is horrible. This is the second pair. I returned the first thinking the battery was defective, but this second pair also goes dead overnight if they are not pluged in. I will return and try a different high end brand.

Initially loved this product but after two years we are receiving error messages resulting in the machine failing.

Suggested for all electronics you pay hundreds or thousands for. I got this through my Total Tech membership. Total Tech cost $200 a year. It may not be useful for everyone but if you buy a lot of electronics in any given year you get free warranties with Total Tech
