A MUST HAVE! I GOT THIS FOR MY SON FOR XMAS PRESENT. HE HASNT HOOKED IT UP YET BUT HE CANT WAIT. SO MANY FEATURES ON IT TO EXPLORE. WILL HAVE BB ASSEMBLED IT. I HAVE THE 522 MODEL WITH CABIN VIEW CAMERA ADDED. DONT HESITATE GET ONE FOR REASSURANCE WHILE DRIVING

Great option for someone who needs compost fast or a small household maybe 2. A larger capacity would be ideal.

The vacuum cleaner was defective and stopped working, and Best Buy erroneously calculated my return date. After three phone calls to Best Buy, I finally connected with an individual who took the time to recognize the miscalculation of my return date due to the delay of my order. Additionally, I had requested a return on the 17th, with the return period expiring on the 23rd; this should have been taken into consideration. Furthermore, I received a defective vacuum cleaner and now must reach out to the manufacturer, all while incurring the expenses associated with a Best Buy membership.

Tried to schedule a repair today. Put me on hold 5x & kept asking me my name etc & after 20min on phone i hung up & got it fixed

They did not uphold this. I was told that this was canceled when my total membership was canceled. That's pretty shady. Been a long term Besy Buy customer and this was very disappointing. You're better off buying directly from the manufacturer.

Never get the item.notificacion after month of purchase.or never replace for best buy mistake

Very rarely makes it back to charger on its own or completes the floor without having to be restarted, does a good job cleaning when it does finish

I have not needed this as if yet. I do enjoy the extra discojnts i get though

Disappointed when I tried to use it. Earbuds stopped working. Took it in & was told not repairable & no longer available so could not exchange. Gave me credit for what I paid MINUS $53 for service charge though no service was attempted. No one could explain why

For the most part I liked this headset. Then, suddenly, just stopped working. Will be returning due to Totaltech 24 months.

Dealing with Best Buy’s Total Tech membership has been just as frustrating. Even though I’m “covered” by the plan, I had to pay $100 upfront to schedule a technician—and the earliest appointment was over a week away! On top of that, there’s still a service fee just to have someone look at the refrigerator. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration by choosing a different brand and avoiding Total Tech altogether.

Let me be clear most of the agents don’t even know what the plan includes. You will be charged at least $100 to schedule someone to come to your home. The same experience I had when I purchased a TV they charge me the exact same amount that a local handyman would charge me to install it. Oh no but wait once we get there we up charge you because it’s above a fireplace and then the technicians do not clean up the mess, all the people that are using a subcontractors so I will save the money and have it ready to use the local business that you can talk to

Plastic pieces break very easily. The hose is very stiff and not easy to use.

Online purchases history is nice to have and searching for repair or replacement

This item gives security to know I'm protected in the case of something breaking.

Well worth the money for the warranty. Purchased several things that were all covered, for example...coffee pot broke and they replaced, screen protector for my phone and fixed my laptop that were all covered.

Havent had to use the service, so hard to say how good it actually is.

I hope the coverage is there when I need it. I really don't know if it will be.
