    Customer Service is nonexistent - Headphones okay

    Headphones were great until the band broke. I did have a geek squad protection plan so i was able to return. However during the transaction i was charged an unknown fee that even the cashiers were un familiar with so I did not get the full amount returned (i.e., purchase price minus the unknown fee). I called customer service later that day and after about 6 different departments customer service finally confirmed i should not have been chaged this fee and would be sent a gift card as my refund. All this was only after multiple call drops without call backs, and being told several times i would be transferred directly to another deptartments that would be informed of the situation (i.e., warm hand-off) but instead being sent back to long hold times and having to restate the situation (i.e, cold hand-off) everytime only to be told i was sent to the wrong department, in all i spent about 2 hours on the phone. So after being told I would be sent the gift card in about 2 weeks i hung up and waited. Two weeks later (~10 Aug) and no gift card in the mail, i called back. I again had to run the gauntlet of deptartments, call drops, and cold hand-offs for another 2 hours, to finally be told they did have notes about the "gift card reslution" but the previous representative had not finalized the request. This representative then finalized the request and staed again it would be "another 7-10 days". I waited another three weeks and called back after not recieving the gift card (~29 Aug). Another 2 hours later and similar gauntlet of phone tag, I was told the request went in on 10 Aug, but was not approved until 15 Aug so it would be 10 business days from that date. I politely informed the representative that 29 Aug "was 10 business days" past 15 Aug. They agreed, but then stated that due to the amount of the gift card, i as $1 abover the threshold for 10 business days, so it would actually be 15 business days. I waited another week and called back, this time I only had to spend 45 minutes of phone tag, but this representative informed me that it should have only been 10 days, so they went ahead and canceled the previous card and informed me that they would have to resubmit and I would have to wiat another 7-10 business days for the refund started on 31 July. I asked if there was a way to pick up the card at the store or to get it sent by certifed or expedited mail, but was told there were no other options beyond the stand process of mailing. So at this time i am still waiting for a refund due to a mistake in Best Buy's system from 31 July and not looking forward to more phone calls in two weeks. Ive asked if i can be compensated for the exorbitant delay, but the departments ive talked to have all stated that this is not possible at this time. In all, this abysmal level of customer service has been completely exhausting and makes me think hard about if being a Total tech member or purchasing best buy protection plans is truly worth the headache of dealing with best buy customer service.

    This is an excellent accessory if you are not disabled. In my case, I can only use my left hand, and the mouse pad is on the right side. Turning it around doesn't help. Otherwise, it has lots of space and is comfortable. I'll return it and try a different model.

    I loved this watch at first, but I have found that over time it is not keeping a charge. This is the first Samsung watch I have had that has had this problem. I love that they are smaller for women's wrists, but they need to improve on the charging capability and also being able to convert the purchases of apps from previous Samsung galaxy watches.
