Hate to return things but the lack of a comfortable fit was a dealbreaker for me. Shame in that they found great.

stupid things now second pair first replaced with in 6 months not even three years old and the are completely dead, such a waist of money

I bought this watch less than one year ago in February 2023. My battery stayed charged about a day and a half, now this battery is dead in less than 8 hours. Before last week I would have given it 5 stars. Now it gets 2 stars I wouldn't buy this watch again.

Its noisy and seems like its straining even with 2 cups of flour. Not tilt head. Seems less powerful than traditional kitchen aid mixer. No wonder it was on sale. Wont be surprised if it breaks soon and I dont use it often. Disappointing.

Terrible service, terrible delivery. Stressful as heck to deal with and they do not actually care about their customer. They are only worried about the money which is truly sad. They have pulled me around for almost a month about a Fridge I ordered on 02/16/2025 and STILL have not had it fully installed on 03/23/2025

Expensive, but so far worthwhile. I have had no problem exchanging and returning merchandise.

What an added value with any purchases. Always found Best Buy products to be very fairly valued. Why buy extra protection when it comes with this good value protection from best buy

This plan sucks, their so cheap they don't include lost or stolen protection on items like earbuds! Even though the idiot store employee told us they did, we didn't even ask him about their coverage he just offered that up. Now Bose does back their products with replacements!

TotalTech is the best thing you can buy. I never buy elsewhere as this is the best bang for the buck. hope i never have to use the protection but its good to know it is there

Having Best Buy protection on my products is not an option and it is worth every dollar to have my product protected for two years with in store replacement and in home repairs.

Great to have if you have several appliances and they come to install from Best Buy otherwise the cost is not worth it

Best Buy has always been reliable. They honor their word and I have never had a problem with them. They have repaired several items for me over the years.

For what I pay for this product, it used to be better than it is today. My most recent experience was with a laptop I bought from Best Buy that needed repair. The manufacturer warranty had expired, and the cost to fix it with Best Buy was so high that it made more sense to buy a new laptop instead. I found myself at a disadvantage and disappointed with this plan.

For the price that you get it for it is quite an amazing products 10 out of 10 would buy again

AS LONG AS BEST BUY HONORS THEIR WARANTY AND THE MAKERS WARRANTY IT WORKS GREAT.

We don’t like this because they say you have protection and then if something breaks up they refund but then prices went up and you can’t buy the same or similar products. It’s a scam!

This is a review for the protection plan I have not had to use thankfully It is reassuring that I have this in case anything happens to my device.
