I've had the Protection Plan for about 5 years now and I am very satisfied with it. It has been very beneficial for me and saved me a lot of money.

Everytime I go to the Geek Squard they are always helpful, nice and very informative!! I always enjoy speaking to them when I have a problem.

I like how relatively easy it is to navigate the app. I also love being able to scan a bar code in the store to pull up details of the item!

Not as good as the xm3s. I hear way too much processing in the audio.

We are a total Tech member. It is so worth the $199. This year alone we saved $500 on the extended warranty and apple care plans.

Doesn't even pick up string off the carpet. This thing is basically a paperweight after the first couples of months. I literally doesn't suck and it sucks at doing that basic function. I have to borrow my Mom's Hoover upright to actually clean my carpet. It barely does 2 passes before it stops saying there's an error obstruction. Then when you flip it over and open it up it's a dust bunny! It's been doing this for a year! We don't even bother to use it anymore. I have the service plan but there is no service center near me for 250 miles. So I'm stuck with this piece of plastic crap!

Got this protection plan with washer and dryer delivery. Since then its paid for itself 2 times in 6 months worth of benefits

I love KitchenAid Mixers. My 21 year old was retired. Gave my old one away before trying it out first. The pro 5 is extremely loud and irritating. Mixed well but the noise of the motor was too much. Returned it back to Best Buy. I then bought the artisan 5qt mixer and it is awesome!

Confusing how to submit a support item. Used to be easier

It was not a strong enough suction. It is not something i would recommend. Not even for carpet.
