Not exactly sure how it works my understanding was we paid the insurance when you purchase the item then if need be you get a replacement for the same item but there’s a 49.99 geek squad service fee on top if you ever have issues with the device I have total tech but it just seems like a total waste of money

Love Oculus 2 I do but within less than a year loss tracking is the constant error message. I have read this is a common issue so we shall see what happens when I take it back luckily I have the Best Buy Protection up to 24 months. So the moral of the story is get the protection plan. When I take this back in for service I will have to purchase another one until this is returned luckily I have total tech with 45 days to return...this sucks!

Overall okay it was exactly what’d you’d expect from a cheap lens

Not to loud even with all the fans running. Only issue is that the replacement filter is expensive and the power cord is a bit short.

Sorry but this machine was great a first but then it started to malfunction. The blade would fall out and then the lid wouldn’t close either. It would get stuck and now pieces of the broke off.

This is not a 2-year protection plan. It is a one year plan that you have to purchase again. And the AppleCare+ that normally last 2 years is only good for one year under this plan. It is deceptive advertising and the salespeople knowingly deceive you at the counter.

It broke within a few months. Had to return. They didn’t have anymore available anywhere to I had to pay more to get the GE brand I was hoping to avoid due to all the negativity surrounding it. We will see how long this one lasts.

They have changed the total Tec to my Best Buy and it is completely different now they discounted $20 off of the membership. However they have taken out all of the valuable perks and protection coverages so you don’t really get any benefits from it anymore

It fails this year (2025 ) and it was bought on 2022. I was not able to initiate the OS or neither recover the data

This membership is pointless. They charge you without doing a single thing

They take care of all your needs in case an accident happens to your product

Attachments once lift handle is risen do not reach low enough to allow proper mixing.

Only reason I go to Best Buy’s for the total tech program. They changed it last year now they’re no better than anybody else. Very displeased expensive to have nothing in return

Not worth the price. Terrible 800# call center overseas that is hard to communicate with and deal with.

Didn’t get protection, was charged for it but no protection. protection was canceled 2 years before expiration due to credit card expiration and no notification for extending the card. Just cancelled

As far as I know so far so good hopefully my experience stays they same for years to come
