Great purchase. I would buy it again and give one to my kids.

Best Buy does not repair its appliances when they break. This is simple bait and switch, you pay for an extended warranty, but they do not uphold their warranty.

The TV I bought for almost 2k brand new turned out to be a lemon (said so by the technician). Even after three visits and replacing the entire TV screen, Best Buy refused to replace it.

Not sure how many months it worked fine but then the battery just dies after 30 minutes of playing. It's weird because I can see on the app each each piece going lower and lower as the seconds go by. Started off great but not worth the inability to use now.

Never disappointed and would definitely purchase again.

Dyson has always had a value in products but some how the battery rechargable vacumm hasn't up to par. Battery dies fast and only worked good 1 time.

Sound is amazing, but I use this for work. Every conference call gets disconnected causing me to read lips during customer engagements. I’m extremely disappointed.

Doesn’t cover anything anymore. Complete waste of money

Why buy the plan if you cannot use it. The remote was broken and disposed of. Why not provide a new one to a loyal customer?

I have used a few vacuums and for the price. This did not work at all. It kept dropping the contents on the floor. It also Mine may have been defective, but I am not taking chances on recommendating it.

Total tec is literally a waste of money at this point

Don’t waste money. They won’t let you return it. Stuck with a worthless vacuum. I have spent thousands at Best Buy and I feel worthless. They don’t do a good job exchanging or refunding with their horrible app

These earphones are painful to the ear. Not worth the money.

I have never had any trouble with apple's AirPods but these have required lots of google searches, a couple YouTube videos and still they fall out uncontrollably. I am so sad to have spent so much money on these, such a waste.

Bought with TotalTech, big mistake because now it's cancelled. I didn't want another year of TotalTech, but that's the only way to keep your individual warranties. I have no warranty now.

Poor quality. Stopped vacuuming after using it only two times. I wouldn't recommend this product.

It's a waste of money to purchase a warranty. Why pay for repair?

They will keep repairing until warranty has expired.
