    It was not a strong enough suction. It is not something i would recommend. Not even for carpet.

    Best Buy like most companies change the goal post and reduce the benefits of being a total tech member by getting rid of free installation on most items, and increasing garbage fees if the do install something for “free”. That said, the unsolicited warrant is a help, but it appears the warranty will only stay in effect if you keep your membership so the value of the extended warranty is diluted significantly given the reality that you are required to maintain membership.

    I have had good luck in the past, but Best Buy no longer seems to honor the plan. Last time all they gave me was a gift card for 20% of the purchase price and the gift card did not even work.
