No way to track the status of the replacement parts and never get notified when they’re in. It takes months to replace certain items. Some times the replacement order gets lost and never completes. Several trips to store.

However because it’s apple geek squad isn’t able to help with most issues. So the apple protection included in your total tech protection isn’t really apple care as advertised.
